In less than 24 hours, I'll be back to the life. Good people, good music, good writing.......I'm excited. This week has been such a test and I'm glad it's over, however, ehhh actually no howevers. I'm just glad it's over.

I started my class on Thursday and it seems to be exactly what I was looking for. Oh how life comes full circle and everything I could have wanted is currently here.

I've been making traveling plans for the past week. Upcoming: LA and Yellowstone National Park. So excited for the latter.

A drive up to the book store may be necessary in this upcoming week as well...once I get paid. Also, I learned my lesson with my pay check :( I'll have to start documenting what I pay for because I have no idea where half my money went, oh well....I'm paid on Thursday! There are so many projects to be done this week. Hopefully my boy will be able to help :) Ohhhhh yes. By Saturday morning I expect all of my new furniture to be moved in. Finally!

Finally! The trim needs to be finished, but other than that the desk is all that is left. I really should be making my to purchase list, but it can wait. The walls don't really have that green tint to them...the color really looks different on each of the walls. I'm so h appy with the choice to take the closet doors off. Now on to decorating the wall! I bought four black frames for 75 cents at a garage sale last weekend so I just need to search through my pictures. I get paid Thursday! First paycheck :)

I'm working on cowriting a new piece with a close friend; we're not really sure how the layout will work, structurally etc, but it should be a neat thing when it's done. I love reading these writing books. If you ever have time: Wild Mind; Living the Writer's life. I'm currently reading On Writing (Stephen King) which is also really good...obviously. I didn't think writing books could have such an effect on my personal writing but they truly do. Once I buy the ribbon for my type writer I'll start having two copies of everything I write...which will probably be a waste of time, but then I'll have a handcopy as well as an electronic one.

I hope my dreams for writing aren't crushed with this upcoming class..............ahhh nerves.

The last few days

My life recently: Work, painting, school work. It's been crazy busy, and within that, nothing really interesting to write about. School starts in 3 days (Thursday!!) and I still have two of my books to read as well as write a synthesis journal. I would rather just be writing in general :(

The room is so close to being done! We're buying the last gallon of paint today and hopefully my desk will be taken apart and moved out.

I've spent the past week with my favorite people....even though those people have changed slightly. My life has been moving and it's fantastic. I haven't listened to such good music or watched such good movies...I'm pretty sure, ever.

Ahhhhh I must go to work on the mounds of reading that are due in just three days. Update later with pictures
